TERMS AND CONDITIONS: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

1.    When you make a booking with Retreat Yourself Pilates, you accept these booking conditions for yourself and those in your party if booking on another behalf. A contract will exist upon us accepting any money from you towards the booking and upon the receipt of your booking confirmation.

2.    To confirm a retreat booking, a non-refundable deposit minimum will be required. For some retreats, payment plans will be offered and all payment dates and amounts will be stated on an invoice at the time of deposit.

3. The dates and amounts stated on the invoices are the final costs and should any confusion arise via emails or informal conversations, the invoices are the final statement.

4.    The full amount for all retreat bookings must be paid 12 weeks prior to retreat start dates. If payments are not received by the instalment dates as laid out on individual invoices, we are within our rights to release the booking whilst keeping the deposit and any previous payments. Whilst we will issue reminders, it remains the guests responsibility to ensure punctual payments.

5.    All retreat guests must obtain adequate holiday insurance. You need to be covered for the following: full medical expenses, personal baggage, personal accident, accident, loss or damage to property, cancellation or curtailment, personal liability, legal expenses and emergency.

6.     All guests need valid passports. 

7.    Retreat Yourself Pilates shall not be responsible for luggage lost in transit, while in the responsibility of an airline or for any part of your journey.

7.    Cancellations must be made in writing to Zoe Fisher and Nicola Bryson by the person who made the booking. Any cancellations made 12 weeks before the retreat, will be refunded the value equaling 20% of the FINAL balance only.. but only IF the place can be filled by another before the retreat start date.

8.    As a rule, Retreat Yourself Pilates do not offer discounts, refunds or credit for arriving late, leaving early or missing any of the activities/meals while on the retreat. As your hosts both Nicola, Zoe and those we work undertake a lot of preparatory work to ensure guests receive the services promised to them within an itinerary that has been carefully planned and budgeted for. Any attempt by us to make up for missed events by individual guests could result in a reduction of quality of service for others.

9.    Retreat Yourself Pilates can not accept responsibility for any cancellations or effect on your holiday due to war, threat of war, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions. Neither myself nor the hotel management would wish in any way to cause or add to any distress should any of these things occur and sincerely hope that this particular point never becomes an issue. it is included here purely as a necessity.

10.  Retreat Yourself Pilates can not accept responsibility or take a financial hit for any last minute cancellations due to injury, loss of life, or any other emergency prior to the retreat. We would obviously not wish in any way to cause or add to any distress should any of these things occur. This point is included here as standard procedure and is a necessity to ensure guests understand that we are a small family run business and must protect our assets closely.

11. Retreat Yourself Pilates reserve the right to withdraw or modify at any time the arrangements advertised where necessary to do so. In the unlikely event of the accommodation advertised not being available, we will endeavor to provide suitable alternative accommodation.

12.  A total of two Pilates Classes are guaranteed on each day of the retreat however times and location are subject to change where weather or conditions cannot be avoided.

13. All reasonable and proper steps have been taken to ensure that the accommodation and services are as advertised.  

14. Retreat Yourself Pilates will not be held responsible for the acts or omissions of those providing services over which we have no direct control such as drivers, therapists, or staff under-taking work at the accommodation.

15. Retreat Yourself Pilates can not be held responsible if guests suffer illness, personal injury or death as a result of misadventure during the period of a trip arising out of an activity that does not form part of the course provided. We will of course do our best to help look after guests should anything of this nature occur.

16.  All  Retreats Yourself Pilates events are subject to a minimum number of bookings and we reserve the right to cancel. In this event all monies would be returned. In no case will your retreat be cancelled within four weeks of departure except in the event of circumstances beyond our control. 

17. In the event of any problems arising during the retreat, we ask that you report it immediately and failing satisfactory resolution of the problem, a written report must be filed within 28 days of the final date on that specific retreat. No liability will be accepted for any complaint not reported at the time and intimated within 28 days thereafter.
